It is not expected that you will hold information for all points.  Where you are not able to answer any items, please provide a brief reason. Taken together, your feedback will help us determine whether your product or service is a good fit for members in our network of partner investors that seek financially and sustainably promising investments.

  • What does the supply chain for your venture look like, eg,,  do you have a list of suppliers from the source to your facility?
  • How does your startup contribute to sustainability, carbon reduction, or resource conservation or other sustainability challenges.
  • How would you describe your unique value proposition?
  • Do you have a business plan? 
3.  Market Opportunity & Trends
  • What is the geographic focus, size and growth potential of your target market?
  • Who are your actual or potential primary competitors, and what sets your offering apart?
  • What is the expected demand for your solution in your target markets?
  • How have you validated the market need for your product or service?
4.  Traction & Milestones
  • What key milestones have you achieved so far (e.g., revenue, customer acquisition, partnerships)?
  • Can you provide evidence of likely customer interest or validation (eg, current user/customer base, and what is your growth rate)?
  • Have you adopted or are you planning to adopt sustainable practices  your operations and supply chain?
  • Do you have or are you planning to attain certifications or evidence of your commitment to sustainability (e.g., B Corp, other)?

  • Who are the key members of your team, and what relevant experience do they bring, including in sustainability?
  • Do you have a diverse skill set and a balanced team to execute your business plan?
  • Are there any external experts, advisors or mentors associated with your startup?

  • Do you have any proprietary technology or intellectual property?
  • Are there any technical challenges or barriers to entry in your target markets?

  • How would your solution make money, and what is your pricing strategy?
  • What are your current and expected financials (revenue, expenses, profitability)?

  • How much capital are you seeking, and what will the funds be used for?
  • Are you open to different types of investment (e.g., equity, convertible notes)?
  • What is your valuation or the terms you're offering to investors?​

  • How does your startup address social and ethical considerations, such as fair labor practices and community engagement?
  • What is your internal approach to corporate social responsibility?​

  • What are the main risks and challenges your startup faces?
  • How do you plan to mitigate these risks?
11.  Impact Measurement & Reporting:
  • How do you, or plan to, measure and report the environmental and social impact of your business?
  • Are you committed to transparency and accountability in your sustainability efforts?
12.  Legal & Regulatory Compliance
  • Are there any legal or regulatory issues that could affect your business?
  • Are there any pending or potential lawsuits or disputes against your company?

  • Do you have references from current, past or potential investors or partners?
